Forton Group – Le iniziative per la Giornata Internazionale della Pace 2021

Helen Caton Hughes, Managing Director del The Forton Group Limited ci comunica quanto segue:

“In the last year we have undertaken two specific initiatives in support of our Pledge to Peace.

• The first has been to support our colleagues around the world during the COVID crisis.  We have initiated monthly ‘community’ calls for people to come together and share their feelings, but specifically to create a ‘safe psychological space’ and feelings of harmony – despite the hardships and challenges in their lives.  This was been extended to anyone who has wanted to join and find a place to talk, share and laugh together.  We have reached Europe, North and South America, Africa, India and Australia.
• Our second initiative has been to support the creation of a UN ‘Peace Education Day’.  This is in its infancy at the moment, but is starting with a virtual conference on the 20^th September 2021 and Forton has committed to supporting its ongoing development, in whatever way it seems appropriate.”
